Finrite Insurance ********

Good day, I have a complaint against finrite Vodacom Insurance ,my phone was ****** yesterday on the 06/08 and I lodged the claim which was approved my cover for the phone 7500 when I got to the Vodacom shop iwas told that I can't take a 7500 phone due to that my cover is a R5000 Rand phone and I totally disagreed because the premiums that I am paying for monthly are for a 7500 phone and the lady that I spoke to ,told me that my insurance was not updated on the system and I failed to understand if it's not updated how is it my fault because they taking money every month without updating how is it my fault ,I asked the lady to transfer my call to the manager I had to hold the call for 56min without talking to the manager I even had to make another call with another phone still no help I was refused to take the 7500 phone instead I was offered 5000 phone and funny because the value of my phone was R6000 If I'm correct ,I feel cheated by the insurance an the bad service I always receive from finrite this is not the 1st time I am complaining and now iwas told about the terms and conditions which were never even shown to me and which I never accepted and signed for ...
