Finrite Insurance review

I bought a phone from Truworths, at this point years ago. I took out insurance on the phone. Needed to replace the phone completely and to get the desired phone I needed to pay in some money. That was all fine. Then came lockdown and I understood various companies struggled so I did cut them some slack. Then suddenly their phone lines were down, no one responded to emails and then when they did it was filled with vague responses.

Because I really needed a phone, because I need it for work and general getting around I had to pay for a completely new phone and they to this day have not sent my phone.

In the meantime I have changed addresses, I can't even notify them because no one responds anyway. Really wasted money here and feel ****med.
