Finrite insurance refuses to pay my Truworths account balance protection claim

On the 23rd of March I received a reply from Truworths which isn't a reply. They are still not answering my emails both Truworths and Finrite insurance. I am still receiving harrassment calls from MBD debt collectors, I even emailed to the insurance Ombudsman for their assistance in this matter. My credit score is in shambles because of this matter. As retrenched person it's even difficult to get a job because of this outstanding balance from Truworths which I was insured for and they refuse to pay. Finrite is not even communicating with me their client they just sent me to MBD for collection's. Please help.
