Finrite insurance 'Never waste your money on them'

I took a cell phone insurance with Finrite in 2016 through Telkom for my daughter, in 2019 she was ****** i put a claim, i payed an excess because they said the claim was approved. Its a year and 3months im still paying for an insurance company that has never delivered as they had promised. I have written emails and no one responded. I want all my premiums back from this useless insurance I went to Telekom and they are telling me they are not part of this insurance The 2 year contract ended but i was still paying the insurance. Im stressed because its too much monry that im paying. I have emails to prove just how useless they are. I will not advice people to take insurance from this company Finrite. I need my money back and a cellphone.
