Finrite Insurance money making scheme.

Im still waiting for Finrite 's experienced agent to call me as they had promised... Im hoping that they resove this issue this week.. I dont recommend anyone to take an insurance with them.. Inconsiderate and promises that are not fulfilled.. At some stage i waited for their manager Natasha to call me back on the 25th July 2020 and its now October and no call.. What concerns is that they are still debiting my account for a phone that got ****** in July 2019. Are these delaying tactics.. You owe me al this money and the phone. I dont think they take people seriously.. I want a response from a human being not a machine
