FINRITE INSURANCE IS JUST THE WORST!!!

By far this must be the worst insurance company, i filed a claim with them on Dec 10th 2019 for a ****** phone and i still have not recieved my phone yet, on January 7th i got a call from them saying i should pay access and i did on the 9th still nothing, i keep calling them and all they can tell me is that they are waiting for their underwriters to get back to them and that has been going on for almost 2 weeks now...
