Finrite insurance is just a ****

Lost my phone last week Thursday, sent all my documents on Friday the following day. Today si the following week and zero correspondence from Finrite. Don't know if the documents were received or anything, im just in the blank. Tried contacting them the whole week, constantly been put on the queue because apparently they busy "high call volumes". If only there were offices to report to that would be better because telkom itself is just a useless when u go to their branches but they quick to offer you the finrite insurance when buying. this whole thing i sjuts a **** and im ****ed.
