I made a claim 2 months ago because my phone got ****** they sent me an email with banking details an i paid access fee they sent me an email that their suppliers do not have the device since then i have not received any response from them and everytime i call them they put me on hold or drop my calls they said they do not do refunds this is so ridiculous
