Submitted my Claim on the 4th of March 2016.<br> Lady handling the claim is Jennifer Mtimkulu-she does not respond to emails or calls,<br> <br> to date the cellphone has not been picked up for ases*****t and replacement of phone,<br> <br> I am in the process of seeking advice from my lawyer as i logged into hello peter and i see over 300 complaints laid againt this company with the same matter.<br> <br> I believe this company is a ***** and is robbing people,<br> <br> They have pathetic POOR SERVICE and CUSTOMER CARE!<br> <br> I am also contacting the media with regards to this<br> <br>
