FINRITE INSURANCE - HIGHLY ANNOYED

I'm so frustrated with this insurance company. I have been paying insurance for 3 years and now they expecting me to pay a R500 excess fee and will only be given a new device to the value of R2700. They are expecting me to pay 25% of the total of the new device. Never have I ever paid such a high amount for the value payable to me. I normally paid R200 excess fee for a R2700 device. HIGHLY ANNOYED!!!!!!
