Finrite Insurance Dispute

I have a challenge with Finrite that commits to reimbur*****t dates but does not deliver. In the month of April 2019 Hellopeter assisted me with the challenge I was having with them (debiting my account after I had cancelled my insurance with them. End April 2019 I received a statement stating that reimbur*****t of monies would be done at the end of May 2019, am still waiting. Earlier I received another statement stating that reimbur*****t will be processed end of June 2019. This is honestly frustrating and their incompetence is beyond me. One should never utilize their services. Can Finrite please process my reimbur*****t to be in my account by end of business on Monday the 10th March 2019.
