finrite insurance

got ****** claimed and the lady **** and said my phone was blocked only to find out she never blocked it. i waited for my ITC Number for a whole week again whilst calling everyday with my airtime. after receiving my ITC went to to open a case only to be told by the same lady that shes waiting for their supplier to send some letter . she was so rude and a week later still waiting for that letter. she specifically told me to never call and just wait for her call. im still waiting. this insurance is *** shame...my business is even suffering cos of this. here i was thinking paying insurance im protected kanti noo
