Finrite insurance

I have struggled to claim for my lost phone, now I am struggling to cancel the insurance policy with finrite since from October last year they always promise to come back to me but till today they haven't,I wonder if this company has CEO or Directors there way they are useless,call centre agents are running the company name but they are all queried.I don't wish anyone can go through what I have been through,

Since from last year I requested the copy of cancellation of my insurance till now I haven't received any, same story that the agent gonna call me but they are so rude they can't handle my problem professionally I wonder if they screened before they are hired because they do as they please as if they don't have supervisors, you can ask to speak to their superiors but they won't let you or any supervisor call me back,I want nothing with finrite insurance
