Finrite insurance is the worse insurance company one can deal with thus far, over a month now after paying excess for my phone i am still left without one, they dont call to update you with regards to your device nor give you proper information when you call them, their stuff are not properly trained to point where when you ask certain question with regards to the progress of the device all they do is to take you from pillar to post i am soo annoyed with this insurance and wont recommend to any to take it
