Finrite Insurance are *******

I have been so badly treated by this company its not even funny, I have been paying insuarnce on items for the past couple of years in items that they have not cancelled after the claim has been settled. I brought it to the attention of the company on numerous occasions and they have been promising me that it will be settled however no luck. I feel ****** as an individual and unfairly treated, is it because I am black that such treatment is ok to be given to us. I need a way forward to put this matter to bed.
