Finrite insurance and Telkom mobile pathetic

my phone through telkom broke. Finrite acknowledged receipt 3 months ago. I'm still waiting. Its a samsung galaxy. When you phone Finrite they just hang up on you. The insurance is expensive and the service sucks. Don't go near Finrite or telkom
