To everyone out there please don't make the mistake of taking insurance at telkom when buying a phone, you rather not have one. Finrite is a sh...ty insurance and you actually pay for nothing coz when it's time for them to pay up they don't. They took my phone to fix the screen in december there is still no feed back from them. When you call the call centre it's either the lines are busy or the system is offline they can't help you. Still today I'm waiting for their feedback. I would never recommend them to anyone.
