FINRITE INSURANCE

<p>I am absolutely Appalled by the service at finrite Insurance Administrators,my cellphone has been in repairs with them for 8 weeks.They took another one off my other devices last week and no one is updating what is happening. I was in touch with a complaints administrator by the name of Patrick Fargus but he helpful for 2 days and then became as useless as finrite themselves, i have sent him countless emails and he has ignored them, i really wish they could just bring back my 2 devices so i cancel this useless insurance. I am contemplating legal action because i feel like they do not want to bring my phone back or issue me with a new device if they are unable to fix the phone. i paid the rquired access but now nobody seems to have a clue about where or when my device will be back</p>
