Finrite Insuarance Administrators- I'm not sure why there are still open for business as there don't care about their customer.Not sure whom they are serving as their interest anit with the customer at all

I took out a contract phone with Telkom , then app**** for insurance with Finrite which servers as an out sourced insurance company.An error was made when data(imei number) was captured on the system resulting on the store having to cancel the 1st policy as it was already sent to Finrite and and resubmit the correct one, but now when the monthly invoice came it showed I was being billed for 2 insurance for 1 phone.

The stress I have been put through trying to rectify Telkom & Finrite 's mistake, I'm being sent from pillar to post. I spent 30 minutes on the line holding for a Manager after Daphne the reception told me the manager was busy,meaning this place runs with no assistant no supervisor in cases where the manager is unavailable.

Later dropped the call and called back and the reception promised to get someone to call me back , till today. The worst experience I have had, will never recommend this to anyone, its as if you are doing me a favor.
