Finrite increase in premium without permission.

good day Finrite your service is not very nice, you increase premiums without prior notification. im taking the matter further as I never signed or agreed to an increase in premium. please make sure to change my premium back to what it was when I signed and agreed for that premium. I want a refund on all the premiums you deducted that I was not aware of and was not informed via a call, sms or e-mail. if not, I will take this matter further and take you to the newspaper as well.
