Finrite / Hollar Funeral policy through Ackermans

Hollar Funeral policy through Ackermans We've had the most horrible experience from Hollard and Ackermans with regards to their funeral policy. My Uncle paid the funeral cover for sometime now and never missed any payments, he passed on the 20th of May and when we put in a claim of which the money was supposed to help bury him, no one cares and assisted us until now. we had to get into more debt and finance his funeral after he made plans to get the cover to help with the burial.

Required documents have been submitted more than once and when you call the Hollard call center no one answers.

This is wrong in everyway and I will make sure I exhaust all avenues to get recourse for this inhuman treatment from Ackermans and Hollard.
