Finrite has no customer service and is not loyal towards customers

I have been a loyall member and paying my imsurance promptly for years. My i got ****** of my laptop. I called finrite since monday 07/12/20. They said they where offline; then from there no one answers our calls. I have been waiting for hours on the phone and to no avail. This is a pathetic company and i have never recieved such nonsense customer service. Im going to take my business elsewhere where i am appreciated after this.
