They activate insurance on your contract without consent and I work for Vodacom... I can check on my number when things are being added and they are activating insurance on my number without consent. I called in twice already and spoke to Kumogelo which stated he removed the insurance and logged a call to credit my account and thus far nothing has happened and I still need to call in again regarding the issue. With my experience I have seen this happen a lot with Vodacom customers which they add insurance without consent.
