Finrite Foschini Group Cell Phone Insurance is a **** cell phone insurance

After posting a review, someone contacted me asking for the same information I provided to Finrite 3 months back. And then later I received a number of confusing smses. The first sms read like this “ Dear Valued Client, your cellphone insurance claim has been approved. An excess is payable in cash as per your policy when you collect the phone. So, on Saturday I went to Foschini Store in Cavendish to collect my new phone. Got there show them the sms, they go check on the system. There is no such approval. My damaged handset is still with them, it was never collected nor assessed. It is obviously that is still with them even today.

I still maintain that Finrite Insurance is the **** insurance ever. It is just making money out of us. I would not recommend it to any of my friends.
