Finrite fails to comply.

This is an horrible insurance company, I have been waiting three months for my new device, everytime they change the story of how long it is gonna take to recieve my device. It also feels like non of these consultants are doing their job. They promis device will be with me in 24-48 hours, 3 days past called the consultant only to find out the submission was submit this morning and now I have to wait three days again to find out that the consultant still did not do his job. I've left several emails, NO REPLY called several times with still no answer on my device this is so frustrating. I pay my insurance every month just to find out that it takes three months and im still waiting for the sevice and btw this is my first claim after 1 year and 4 months for in the contract, I am sorry but this is unacceptable.just want to share my experience with this company.
