Worse insurance ever. It's been 2 weeks since I've claimed, even today I haven't had any communication from them. Tried calling them until my airtime run out, it took up to 45min to get my call answered..

17 Mar 2020, 21:00It's been one month since I have claimed lost device (telkom). I insured my device for now 31 months without miss any installments (R158 pm) , paid access fee of R1250 but only thing I'm getting now is smses with promises. Everytime I have to use more than R100 airtime to call them and if I'm lucky to get my call answered I get a rude agent (i have recording of those calls). who will tell me to wait for 72 working hours its been one full month without a device. By the way this is my second review since. I'm no longer angry I'm just weak now. Even bought a new device.. ????
