FINRITE DO NOT WANT TO MY CLAIM

I am in utter disappointment with the way this organization has handled my claim. I lost my phone and just started a new job couldn't gather my documents in time however I had made an affidavit to confirm my predecarment . However I have spoken to a couple of agents and finally spoke to a supervisor.

I need assistance in having this claim looked at because I truly believe that Finrite is dribbling me.

I am will taking my case to the ombudsman.
