finrite disappointment

i have never been so annoyed and disappointed with finrite insurance,i had insured my phone since 2019 then it got lost which i claimed in 2021 when it got lost i didnt get assists at all,i bought the phone at HI store,i was told to blacklist it which i did,went to the HI store over and over again but with no help then i kept on calling but kept on being given the run around for nothing,and to all the money i had paid for those years to not get what i was supposed to get im truly hurt and disappointed.
