Finrite debiting R66.00 monthly for phone repairs yet to be done

In Feb 2020 I purchased a Huawei Y5 (cash) and Finrite insurance at Jet Campus Square (R66.00 monthly). On 25 October 2020 I brought the phone back for repairs due to a cracked screen. I was advise to pay an excess amount of R200 of which i did. I was then advised that repairs would take a period of 7days to 2 weeks. To date I have not received my phone back and i am paying R66.00 monthly for insurance that is useless. I have followed up directly with Finrite numerous times and i am told that they will get back to me!! Very unprofessional, I am told every time that they will follow up with 'repairs'.
