FinRite customer service poor

My phone was picked up by RAM Nd dropped off to your company. I even tracked my phone, the cel phone number I was given to contact you never goes through and I be out on hold until the phone cuts off, and that's after waiting 30 min! On top of that my emails aren't being responded on time
