FINRITE CIRCUS ADMISTRATORS

If you ever want to waste money and your time..Take cellphone insurance out with Finrite Circus Administrators.This company is a waste of time.In June 2019 i took my cellphone to get repaired,fair enough they charged me r500 access.I paid it.I sent my cellphone in as it had a small chip on the bottom right corner, I didnt want it to crack further..Finrite so called fixed my phone.When i switched the phone on in the Edgars branch it was all good..2 days later when i switched the phone on it had a line through the screen..So i returned it to Edgars..Finrite Circus Repair phones me back and tells me to pay r1000 access...I escalated this on the 11th July 2019 and up untill today no one from the circus has contacted me back with feedback.Today i cancelled my cellphone insurance with them and requested them to send my phone back to the branch..A normal company in the corporate world with give you feedback within 24-48 hours ..No not this Circus..They just dont care...
