Finrite cellphone insurance

I am highly disappointed with this insurance scheme. I am in the process to claim for two cellphones that are faulty. I paid the excess fees, I was contacted by a consultant who gave me a limited range of options to claim for a cellphone in the company's price range. Firstly, the phones which I had asked for which are in the same price range and have an inflated price with Finrite, the consultant had informed me that they get the cellphones directly from phone suppliers. I do not believe this, as every phone I had inquired about in a lower price range was inflated.

I did not agree to this upon signing the contract with the insurance company. I do not appreciate being exploited either.

I strongly do not recommend this insurance company for cellphone insurance. It is a total *******.
