Finrite cell phone insurance

My two cellphones are insured with finrite cellphone insurance, since they took my mobicel phone for repair in 2021 may, they told me that it will be replaced because they can't fix it and also mention that it was under insured I qualify for only R200 cell phone whereby I bought that phone for R600 so I agreed with them to add the amount that will qualifys my claim to atleast R1000 they told me that they will call me for that which they never did till today. Since last year I have been calling them almost every day to follow up on that claim with no luck instead they took me from pillar to post but every month they deduct the insurance money from my accout. Please assist me I don't what to do anymore with this issue.

In August 2021 I accidentally lost my phone tecnopop which I bought with R600 under finrite insurance again, they told me the same story that the cell phone is under insured and they told me to pay R357 to up the premium which I did and promised to call me which they never did but even today I'm still without that phone but every month the debit the insurance from my account.

I stopped calling them because I lost lot of money through making calls to finrite. I really need your intervention in this matter as I really don't where else to go. Please assist me
