Finrite beach of a service

Autopage / Finrite insurance is ONE confused and mis-managed company, I am definately sure that they can no longer manage what is happening in the company and feel sorry for anyone who will consider joining them instead of Mtn, Vodacom, Telkom and Nashua etc.<br> <br> I have been a CLIENT with them for more than 6 years and payed them very well. I insure my devices to make sure that I do not have stress if I loss my fone or if it gets damaged. My fone is lost and logged a claim with Autopage AGES ago but they do not even know how to process it due to mis-management of the company, Everytime I call I am told my issue is escalated by Letlhogonolo Mamogopodi one of the *********** employee. I logged a complain with Hello and I was told Letlhogonolo Mamogopodi will be in touch and He never did since that is what they are good at - EMPTY PROMISES. I contacted them again (Autopage)and I was promised that someone is intervening to resolve the issue - that has been days NO one has bothered to communicate with me. SOUTH AFRICA, DO NOT INVOLVE YOURSELF WITH SUCH COMPANIES BECAUSE THEY ARE FALLING AND WANT TO TAKE YOU DOWN WITH THEM. WISE UP!!!!!!
