Finrite bad service

So after 12 days I had 1 call back, no feedback, and just dissapointment from Vodacom.

Finrite is the company doing the insurance for Vodacom. Sad to say one can see you are only a number there and not the said valued costomer. Also did not hear from them again.

I was hoping at getting a Laptop deal but considering this bad service, I'm moving over to MTN. Cheers Vodacom.
