Getting ********** for the second time now as 2020 is just starting. White collar *********, will find any excuse to decline a claim. I don't believe they insure people's devices, they just ensure that they debit people's bank accounts.

1) They apparently declined my claim because date of usage does not correspond with date of loss. I really do not understand what they are trying to mean, I don't think they do either. 2) There was a point were I was told that my number is not insured. 3) I was also told that they cannot trace my ID number.

All this utter excuses and other ones are on their call recordings of which I will try to get hold of and appeal their decision.
