FINRITE ARE ******. WORST INSURANCE EVER!

Finrite is the most useless cell phone insurance ever. I recently lost my phone so I sent Finrite an email to lodge a claim. This was on 11 Feb 2020, and up until now there is no response what so ever. I tried sending a follow up email with no luck.

I then went to Telkom shop to find out if I can report my problem, the answer I got is that I should expect the response from Finrite in about 3 months or so. When I took the contract with Telkom, they suggested a contract which I took. During the duration of my contract the phone broke screen and they managed to fix the screen after some struggle with them. Now my contract has expired and I continued with the insurance which Im paying R68.00 every month. Now the phone is lost, Telkom cant help, Finrite is taking forever to respond but they are gladly taking my money with no fail. This definitely a **** between Telkom and Finrite. I will never advice anybody to take insurance with this ******. Better source out you own.
