Finrite and Truworths leave me phoneless

<p>I bought a cellphone at Truworths in Festival Mall, Kempton Park. Upon purchasing the phone I was sold to the idea of insuring my phone with the inhouse insurance company called FINRITE, I took up the insurance. A few months later, in March 2016, my phone was ****** and I had to claim from FINRITE. They required me to pay an access fee of R650.00 which I paid. I first experienced problems with the process of claiming when I had to follow a tedious excercise of sending information that they had requested but claimed not to have received either through fax and email. After that process that lasted over a week, I was told my claim had been approved and I would receive my phone within 4 working days, which never happened. I inquired again and was told my phone would be delivered to me on the first week of May 2016 however I never received the delivery. I have visited and called the Truworths shop on numerous occassions to inquire on the progress but I am constantly told the same story every week - that they do not have the direct distributors contact details so they too don't know when I'll receive my phone. I have yet to hear from Trworths or Finrite to this day and am left stranded without a cellphone.</p>
