Finrite and TFG group poor service

I wish ther was a more negative rating for this finrite insurance(including the TFG group). I bought a ring at sterns for my wife valued almost R10 000. Firstly Finrite cancel my insurance on the ring without my permision,than they change my deduction date without my permision,now that we claim from the insurance they dont see any deduction,but they deduct every month....POOR POOR SERVICE...
