Finrite and Telkom *****

I have lost all faith in Telkom and Finrite Insurace. They are both *****s.

1. I submitted the a claim on the 2nd February 2018. I have not received a response 2. I was sent a policy document for the very first time ever last week 3. They referenced an HTC in the policy document - Telkom does not distribute that phone. 4. I called to make them aware of this last year when a Telkom agent told me this - was told it's a common error and it would be resolved, I have nothing to worry about

I don't know what **** this is - I am exhausted by Telkom & Finrite Insurance. They purposely wrote the wrong phones so I experience difficulty when claiming. I bought the phones from Telkom and took their Insurance!

Zero sense of urgency and very unprofessional! Such *****s that take people' s money to later avoid their mails.

Finrite even hangs up the phone when I enquired on the claim . They don't even respond to my emails
