Finrite and Telkom bad services and unnecessary delays

I submitted a claim and paid access weeks ago and they are yet to deliver my cellphone. I have called, sent emails, direct messages on Twitter but still I do not have a phone. I have even offered to pick up the phone wherever it is because I cannot wait for their estimated delivery time but still, nothing.

They are horrible together with Telkom. Horrible partnership. bad service
