Finrite and Telkom are ******
I lodged a claim with telkom insurance and everytime I am told that they are waiting for usage report which can take 3-4 weeks . How can I wait so long without a cellphone . I will report both telkom and finrite to the ombudsman because it seems like they are ****** , what is the use of paying insurance if it is going to take so long to receive feedback.
