Finrite and Forshin Group, I am scared....Business dealings are questionable,I suspect day light *******. Whether by individuals within or its business practice is yet to be witnessed.

I have been a very long loyal customer of Forshin group and been paying a cellular insurance for Lumia since 2013 administered by Finrite, I lodged a claim in 20 September 2019, I have been waiting for respond and nothing has been coming forth, I’ve been to Markham shop in Sammy marks Pretoria for response but then could not give me the answer. Finally they gave me Finrite numbers and a call was made by myself, A guy called Walter on the 14 October 2019 tells me that my claim has been rejected and took my email address in order to send me rejection letter in an event I desire to prepare a dispute letter. What becomes more worrying and disappointing is when I call back later on asking for all the telephone recordings made regarding the matter, a very helpful lady called Mahlogonolo answered the call, when I explained my situation and gave her my details (ID Number), she tells me that a determination on my claim has not been made and she will write a letter advising a relevant office to fast track the process. Now really as a client for so many years I am already concerned and confused about business dealings of Finrite as well as Forshin Group, I really have to review my current business relationship with the group on a serious note. Given the level of *******ion in the country I am so worried and asking myself why would it be that I’m told a claim is rejected yet determination is not made, I begin to question intensions of those handling my matter rite now .It is scary. Guys I don’t think Forshin group and Finrite must be trusted at the moment… I am so angry rite now….Will I ever get a fair assessment here? Given what sims to be unknown motives?
