Finrite and Fischini group not honouring claims

Mandisa Pamella Mchako made a cellphone claim more than a month ago through her foschini account and that was never honoured by finrite and Foschini group. Reference RM261033 was given and affidavit sent. Claim is for the handset and has nothing to do with the SIM card and this has been explained but seemingly falling on deaf ears from foschini and finrite.
