Finrite and edgars insurance a whole ****.

Finrite can you kindly replace me with a new phone it's been a year now I took my phone to edgars @ Vosloorus chrishani mall for repairs since I had an insurance with finrite and it's working together with edgars stores when it was time for me to get my phone i was told that my phone was sent to a wrong edgars @ Cape town since then my matter have not been resolved Bra Joe from chrishani edgars have tried helping me several times making calls sending emails but nothing seems to work I no longer know what to do or should I take the legal way inorder for me to be heard since they can't find my phone why don't they replace it because it's not my problem that they lost my phone all I need is a phone it's been a year now and every month they are still deducting insurance money from my account.
