Finrite and Edgar's are a huge **** and dissapointment I want my phone.

I took my phone for repairs @ Edgar's Vosloorus Chrisha last year before the pandamic the phone was then sent to finrite as my insurance to do the job since I have never had my phone back I got a call from Edgar's being told to come and collect the phone and when I went to collect there was no phone I'm now being told that the phone was delivered into a wrong Edgar's based in Capetown Cannal walk I have been patient, doing up and down at chrishani Crossing Edgar's for se months now I'm not getting any help, Finrite does not want to accountable, what must I do to get help? Must go the legal way or what cause I'm tired Edgar's is not helping either while they are ones who made me take finrite as my insurance under them but now I'm facing problems and I'm not getting any help.
