Finrite Admnistrators please bring back my phone!!!!

On the 06th of August 2020 I sent my phone(Huwai Y5 2019) for screen repair to Finrite.On the 10 August 2020.They called me and told me that they can’t repair it due too some debit order that failed last.I therefore asked them to return my phone and cancel the policy.To this day they have not return my phone.I called them today(29 Sept 2020).They keeps saying they will make a notification for a phone to be returned.
