Finrite administrators worst experience ever!!!!!!

The worst service I've ever had with finite ,I sent my phone for repairs of which I paid R500 which is the same as I lost the phone but mine went for repair I wonder why is like that. Different stories everyday and the consultants are very rude and not helpful. They don't update you with anything you just have to call them everyday. They told me that an consultant Will contact me for replacement options and they never did when I called in they said my phone is at the repairs now I'm confused. I have 3 weeks now without a phone how I wish I should just took my phone to the street and fix it ka R750. The worst nightmare I ever had. I won't recommend any one to join this insurance
