Finrite Administrators - Worst Cellphone insurance

I made a claim with telkom insurance for a screen replacement and paid an excess fee of R800 for my iphone 7 plus. They added an outer cover on the phone without consulting with me. Then when my cellphone was returned the screen was defective and not properly functioning and i decided to take the phone back. the screen was immaculate condition without any cracks, i was informed by finrite that i had to pay another excess fee because i was at fault and they showed a minor dent on the side of the out cover which had nothing to do with the defective screen. they failed to fix my screen and now my phone still has a defective screen. finrite insurance administrators are ****** they provide poor services for their clients.
