FINRITE ADMINISTRATORS-TELKOM INSURANCE CLAIMS NOT FINALISED

I have a claim with Finrite Telkom Insurance. My phone went for repairs on the 29 August for a cracked screen and sim slot that was not reading the Simcard. The phone came back on 28 September the screen was fixed but the sim slot was not fixed. I returned the phone as it was not fully repaired. I followed up a few times in October and then Telkom switched administrators now new administrators will not help with the Finrite claims and there no contact number for Finrite Telkom outstanding claims furthermore they are not responding to my emails.

They took my access fee and I'm still without a phone 2 months later. Telkom and Finrite are playing games.
